How it works

Never had a website built before? You're in good company. Here's exactly what to expect, step by step, with no tech knowledge required.

   Tell us about yourself

   Choose church or business above and answer a short questionnaire about who you are, who you want to reach, and what you want your website to do. It takes about 10 minutes, and there are no wrong answers.

   Let's talk

   We'll set up a short call to go over your answers, answer your questions, and make sure we're a good fit. There's no pressure and no cost for this conversation.

3. 3

   Get a clear proposal

   Within 2–3 business days you'll receive a one-page proposal showing what's included, what it costs, and the timeline. Nothing is added later without your approval. Once you approve it, a 50% deposit reserves your spot.

4. 4

   Send your content, a little at a time

   You don't have to gather everything at once. We'll ask for your content in small pieces, starting with the basics and moving on to photos and detailed pages. If writing isn't your thing, we can help with that too.

5. 5

   See your first look

   Early in the build, we'll walk you through your new homepage together on a video call. It's your chance to tell us what you love and what you'd change before we build the rest.

6. 6

   Review and refine

   Once the full site is ready, you'll have two rounds of revisions to get everything just right.

7. 7

   Launch and learn

   We'll connect your web address and take your site live, then show you how to make simple updates yourself. You'll also get a private help page with short how-to videos, so you or a volunteer can update things confidently.

8. 8

   We're still here

   For 30 days after launch, we'll fix any issues at no charge. After that, our optional $50/month care plan keeps your site updated, secure, and running smoothly.

Typical timeline: 3–6 weeks from your first call to launch, depending mostly on how quickly content comes in.
